Through our website we may collect:

• Contact enquiry information you submit on the Request a Consultation form, including your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, service interest, and any message you choose to include.
• Technical information such as browser type and approximate location derived from IP address when analytics is enabled and you have consented (see Cookies and Analytics below).
• Job applications you send by email to our careers address, which are handled outside the website form.

Please do not submit confidential medical diagnoses, health card numbers, prescription details or other sensitive health information through the general contact form. Those topics can be discussed securely after we connect with you.

2. Why We Collect Information

We use personal information to:

• respond to consultation and service enquiries;
• contact you by your preferred method during office hours;
• coordinate non-medical home care and support discussions;
• understand how the website is used in aggregate, when analytics consent is given; and

3. Who May Process Information

Depending on how you use the site, information may be processed by:

• CareSpring personnel who respond to enquiries and applications;
• our email provider, which delivers website form notifications to info@carespring.ca;
• our website hosting provider, which operates the servers that serve this site;
• Sanity, if used as our content management system for website content (not for contact-form submissions); and
• Google Analytics, only if a measurement ID is configured and you accept analytics cookies.

4. Retention

Contact-form submissions are not stored in a website database. They are sent by email to CareSpring and retained in our email systems for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping needs. Temporary technical logs used for spam and rate-limit protection are short-lived and do not keep full message content.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies needed for secure form handling and basic site operation. If Google Analytics is enabled, analytics cookies are used only after you choose “Accept analytics” on the cookie banner. You can learn more in our Cookie Policy.

6. Third-Party Providers

Service providers listed above process information only to deliver their services to CareSpring. Website fonts are self-hosted by our application where possible so that viewing pages does not require a separate font-provider cookie. Outbound links to social media or other websites are governed by those third parties’ own privacy policies.

7. Where Information Is Stored

CareSpring operates in Saskatchewan, Canada. Information submitted through the website may be processed and stored in Canada and, depending on our hosting, email, CMS or analytics providers, in other countries (including the United States). When information is processed outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, which can differ from Canadian privacy law.
